When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by the person at the desk who assisted me with filling out a form on a tablet. She was very patient. Within a few moments, I was led back exactly on time, and the technologist quickly went through the procedure before spending extra time trying to make my neck comfortable with a series of pillows. The procedure was done quickly, and she was helpful in getting me up and on my way. I honestly felt cared for, and I appreciate the staff here.
