Location Info
We will be happy to make your images/films or reports available for pick up at any of our imaging centers upon request. Simply call our Patient Resource Center two business days before you would like to pick them up or use our Online Image or Report Request Form and tell us which study you are requesting. Please be advised that we must receive two-business days notice in order to accommodate your request. For urgent and same day requests, please call the Patient Resource Center directly.
For our patients' protection, the patient's signature or that of a legal guardian is necessary for image/film pick-up. Privacy laws do not allow Fairfax Radiology to release images/films to anyone other than the patient or legal guardian without written authorization from the patient.
