Fairfax, VA – January 13, 2025 – Fairfax Radiology is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Kareem R. Beidas to our team of radiologists. Dr. Beidas brings specialized experience and expertise in breast imaging and diagnostic radiology, further enhancing our commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Dr. Beidas joins us from Radiology Associates of Florida, a Radiology Partners Practice in Tampa, FL, where he served as the Director of Clinical Operations for the Breast Section. His leadership and dedication to advancing breast imaging practices have been instrumental in improving patient outcomes.
Furthermore, Dr. Beidas completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (NJMS), followed by his Breast Imaging Fellowship at Brown University. He holds a doctoral degree in Medicine from Rutgers NJMS and a master's degree in Business Administration from Rutgers Business School.
Throughout his career, Dr. Beidas has been recognized for his contributions to medical education and research. He has received the Award for Excellence in Medical Student Education and has been nominated for the Golden Apple Award for Medical Student Education. His research has been published in several prestigious journals, and he has co-authored the book “Gastrointestinal Imaging Q&A for the Radiology Boards.”
