Frcforpatients.com provides convenient access to all your FRC health information. However, when it comes to logging in to any online portal, remembering usernames and passwords can often slow you down. To save you time, here is what to do if you need help accessing or changing important information in your FRC patient portal account.
1. What do I do if I forget my password?
You can access your password by following these simple steps:
- Click the Forgot your password link on the Patient Portal sign in page
- Enter your username
- Answer the secure questions
- Your password will be reset and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account
- Check your email account then return to the log in page and enter the temporary password
- You will be prompted to reset your password
2. How can I change my password?
You can change your password by following these steps:
- Log into the Patient Portal
- Click on the Profile tab
- Click on Security
- Click on Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click the green checkmark button
3. What do I do if I forget my username?
You can access your username by following these steps:
- Click the Forgot your username link on the Patient Portal sign in page
- Enter your first name, last name and date of birth
- Answer the security questions
- Your username will appear
4. How can I change my address or phone number?
You can report changes to your demographic information by clicking on the Profile tab.
