  • Very pleasant experience. The wait time for the appointment wasn't long. The radiology technologist explained the procedure throughout the process. Every employee that I encountered was professional and courteous. The online system worked great. I just happened to forget my insurance card but due to the online precheck it wasn't an issue.   • Excellence!! Ambassadors of Customer Service in the medical field. The Admin & Technologist Staff were welcoming, informative & knowledgeable. My cardiologist prescribed a CT scan post-surgery. The Admin Staff guided me through the automated sign-in & I was seen immediately by the technologist. She asked that I wait while the radiologist read the scan. Within 5 minutes I got a call from my cardiologist. The radiologist had contacted him to say I had developed clots in both lungs & should go directly to the ER. The expertise, communications & efficiency demonstrated by the radiology staff was amazing!! I honestly believe their actions saved my life! They deserve 5 Stars plus!!

  • I was blown away by what a pleasant experience it was to get an unpleasant procedure! The lobby was so nicely decorated. I thought “wow I would love my house to look like this”. The desk staff was so kind and helpful. The consent forms were clear and easy to understand. The changing room was lovely. It felt like being at a nice country club. Everyone was efficient and I barely had to wait. Then the women who did my mammogram and ultrasound were two of the nicest ladies! So kind and easy to be with. Calm music playing in the ultrasound room. All and all it was such a nice experience!
